Eric’s Ice Cream Factory specializes in Homemade, Handcrafted Ice Cream, made just 3 gallons at a time. By crafting our very own ice cream, it ensures the finest quality you’ve come to love about Eric’s, is in every single bite. With over 170 different homemade flavors developed like Monster Cookie, Death By Chocolate and Black Raspberry Chip, there is always an indulgent flavor for everyone. Flavors are constantly changing in our cases based on the seasons and time of year. Eric’s also features rich and creamy soft serve as well as Milkshakes, Flurries, Freezes, Slushes, Sundae and Soda Floats… a signature creation consisting of our homemade ice cream and a bottle of our handcrafted, pure cane sugar sodas brewed exclusively right here in Ohio just for us!
For those with allergies, we also craft our very own dairy free, gluten free, soy free and vegan ice cream, available in vanilla, chocolate and fruit flavors (flavors do vary by store and season). We were able to create a deliciously smooth and creamy option, with all natural ingredients for those who just simply cannot have certain ingredients. We even created a our new Dairy Free Smoothies which are available in strawberry or blueberry.
We have always used high end and thoughtful ingredients when constructing our ice cream and source our ingredients from all over the world. The topping industry has changed dramatically since Covid and pushed us to design our own topping line. As a result, we pioneered our very own, exclusive, chocolate syrup, caramel, peanut butter and fudge topping lines. Because of our ability to do this, we have also begun designing our own exclusive flavor line. This ensures that while we might be imitated, we can never be copied. We understand that our industry has many options for consumers, which is why we stay on the cutting edge of ingredients and inclusions to ensure our offerings are always indulgent.
